Summer Fun
Wow, this blogging is harder to do than I thought. I guess not the actually blogging just finding the time to do it. A lot has happened in the last month. We went to Grandma and Grandpa LaFave's for the weekend. We were able to visit with aunts and uncles that Earl hasn't seen in years, and some I have never seen. The kids had a great time seeing their cousins again. The following weekend, Labor Day weekend, we went camping with my parents to Indian River. They were going to walk the bridge on Labor Day, but decided against it. I was never going to walk in the first place, not so fond of heights. We also went to Barbeau that weekend to Chuck and Dawn's new house for Jonathan's 5th birthday party. A few days later was the day Haley had been dreading. The first day of school. Actually she did great, she waited for the bus with her friend Madison at daycare, when the bus came she ran up to the bus and climbed in and never looked back. Of course, the battery on my camera died just as the bus was pulling up to the driveway. Great picture of the girls waiting, none of them getting on the bus. Oh well, there is always next year. Oh, I also most forgot, we also had Haley's last soccer game thrown in there somewhere. She was great! The best she played all year. She was running after the ball and not even afraid when other kids were around. She still wasn't happy because she didn't kick a goal, but we are very proud of her. So anyway, I made a slide show to highlight some of the fun things we have done recently. Enjoy!
